Accept or Reject an Invitation to a Collaborative Space

You can accept or reject invitations to collaborate via the navigation bar on the Exchange or within the Spaces app via your Secure Desktop. To manage invitations:

1. Click on the Spaces icon on the navigation bar.

2. View your existing Space specifications in a grid or list view.

3. Click on the Invites tab. The number of outstanding invitations is shown in blue on the tab header.

4. For each Space Specification you have been invited to:

   1. Click on the tile.

   2. On the Details tab select Accept (default) or click on the downward arrow to select Reject.

   3. Go to the Collaborators tab to view other collaborators in the Space.

   4. Go to the Data Products tab to view the data products in the Space.
      You must have an active Spaces subscription to all data products that have ever been within the Space be able to access to the Space.
