Publish teams are useful to collaborate with others within your Organization and share the responsibility for publishing a data product to the platform.

Users from different Organizations are unable to be added to a Publish Team.

A user with a Technician role is required to complete the initial Source step of any publish process as this usually requires more technical skills to setup a cloud endpoint for example.

A user with a Product Manager role is required to complete the final step of the publish process which involves promoting the data product on the exchange.

A publish team must include one or many users with a Technician role AND a Product Manager role.

Anyone from the publish team can work on a publish that is in progress, or edit a published data product.
