Transfer Notification File (TNF)
A Transfer Notification File (TNF) is a JSON text file that is used to notify the transfer of files to and from cloud endpoints.
It is used in one of two contexts:
To inform the Platform to load a new set of data content into an existing data product,
To inform a data product consumer that has configured an Export that a new revision of data has been written as a result of the data product being updated.
In both cases the TNF file JSON structure will contain the name of the newly created, unique subdirectory that contains the updated data asset within the base object storage location.
