Enable Users in your Organization to Share Data Products
Create a frictionless publishing journey for your users by creating templates for subscription plan Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to meet their needs. These templates are made available to all data publishers within your Organization as part of the publish process.
Warning: Do not use the Self Service channel with an Organization user scope because the first user who self services a subscription subscribes the entire organization. This makes the data product visible to all users within the organization regardless of whether the package visibility settings are in place to prevent this.
Do not use the Self Service channel with the Multi User user scope because each subscription is treated as a Single User subscription and the user limit that is set is ignored.
Note: You must have an organization administrator role to perform this action.
