You can easily find all out the details of all the data products you have subscribed to, you are also able to unsubscribe, depending on the subscription plan.

  1. Click on the user icon on the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab to view and access all the data products to which you have subscribed. You may have already been pre-subscribed to a number of data products so you can start exploring their contents as soon as possible.

    • The total number of active subscriptions is displayed on the tab.

    • Use the search bar to refine the list further.

  3. For each data product you can:

    1. Click on the data product name to go to view the detail. Some data products might appear as hidden data products.

    2. Click on the name of the Publishing Organization to find out more details.

    3. View the Term or Type of active subscription.

    4. View the Price.

    5. View the Channel through which the subscription was activated.

    6. View if subscription lineage is enforced or not.

    7. View the date the subscription started.

  4. Select a data product and click on the three dots > unsubscribe to unsubscribe and expire the subscription.

Warning: As an individual user, it is not possible to unsubscribe from a subscription plan that has a channel of Managed or has a scope of Organization.
