You can update the details of your Data Product - you can add new subscription plans, add or remove users from an existing subscription or quickly hide a data product from view.

If you do not have an Organization Administrator role it is not currently possible to delete a data product due the potential of many dependencies defined within the platform. Please contact Support for assistance.

  1. Click on the Products icon on the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Published tab.
    Search for a data product or view the list as All or My Products.

  3. Click on a specific data product name to edit the details.

  4. Change the title of the data product, or and/remove members from the Publish Team via the Setup tab.

  5. If the Data Product is in tabular format then change the names or types of columns the schema in the Schema tab, or select/de-select a table for preview.

  6. Add or remove subscription plans for the Data Product via the Subscription Plans tab.

  7. Update the package information for the Data Product via the Package tab.
